Someone who

has positive thinking and is open to welcome new culture. |

has experience of raising her/his own children. |
| |
|
is over 30 years old. So is the spouse if any. |
| |
|
owns a car and has enough experience to drive safely. |
| |
|
has a single room available in the house to provide to the student. |
| |
|
is available to provide rides to/from school to student(s) if school bus is not available. |
| |
|
may be able to provide rides for extra curriculumn if pre-scheduled. |
| |
|
is available to handle school matters in behalf of student's parent. |
| |
|
is supportive and friendly to childtren |
| |
|
is a native English speaker or is as fluent in English as a native speaker unless otherwise. |
| |
|
is someone who is clean from background check. Everybody over 18 residing in the same house should also have background check. |
